A special thank you to all our NCED Certificate Holders who came by the NCED table at the TEDA conference this past week. We enjoyed meeting each of you and loved the great conversations that were had. Don’t forget to update your Professional Development hour requirements with the PD clock hours obtained at the conference.
We would also like to congratulate and welcome 40 of our newest Certificate Holders who took the exam this weekend. Our organization is certainly growing!
All Certificate Holders should take a few moments to update their profile on the website under “My Account”. We recommend that you use a personal email as some districts have blocking software that may prevent contact from NCED. You can find your profile information under “my NCED info”. You can also obtain your Letter of Good Standing and Certificate in this same area. If you are needing Professional Development hours to meet our PD requirement, take advantage of the FREE PD offerings we have been posting. If you are on your five-year cycle, meaning you are being audited for obtaining the required PD hours, these training opportunities may come in handy as they are conveniently held via Zoom. If you are interested in sharing your expertise with your NCED colleagues, we would love to have you present a zoom-based lunch and learn session. Finally, your 2024-2025 membership dues will be due July 1, 2024. If you have a credit card on file, please update your expiration date and address to avoid the card being declined. If you have not paid your 2023-2024 membership dues, you can make your payment via Fee Payment/Delinquent Payment.
