“Back to the Basics” – John L. More, J.D.
Redefining the rights of school personnel as it applies to providing service to children with special needs. This course is replete with
strategies and tactics to assist school personnel in effectively screening and managing the special needs of school students at all levels, including
tactics to manage and defuse the challenging parent and/or difficult child. This presentation focuses on the service aspects that fill the gaps among law, regulations, classifications, and the reality of the child’s needs. These strategies are designed to reduce challenges in providing service while increasing your insulation from legal liability.
